Gold: The Dream That United Our Nation is 2018 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Historical Sports Drama Film. Gold is directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani & Farhan Akhtar and the story is written by Javed Akhtar & Reema Kagti. Its star cast are Akshay Kumar, Mouni Roy, Amit Sadh, Vineet Kumar Singh, Kunal Kapoor, Sunny Kaushal & Nikita Dua. Film Gold is debut of Mouni Roy. Story is based upon the title of National Hockey Team at the 1948 Summer Olympics. Film Gold was clashed with John Abraham's "Satyameva Jayate".
The first poster of movie was released on 28th April 2018 by Akshay Kumar himself on his official twitter account. The official teaser (1 Minute 07 Seconds) was released on 12th January 2018 and official trailer (2 Minutes 18 Seconds) was released on 9th May 2018. Both trailer and teaser was released on Excel Movies official YouTube channel. Teaser and trailer gained 15 Million & 37 Million views since its release on YouTube. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a very good amount of profit.
