Anari is 1959 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Drama film. Anari is directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee and produced by LB Lachman and the story is written by Inder Raj Anand. Its star cast are Raj Kapoor & Nutan in the lead roles. Movie was remade in Tamil as "Pasamum Nesamum", released in 1964. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made very huge amount of profit. It was the highest grossing Indian film of 1959.
