Devdas is 2002 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Drama film. Devdas is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and produced by Bharat Shah and the story is written by Prakash Kapadia. Its star cast are Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Madhuri Dixit in the lead roles. Story of the film is based on the novel "Devdas", written by Sharad Chandra Chattopadhyay and the novel was published in 1917.

Film also won five awards in National Film Awards such as "Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment" won by Sanjay Leela Bhansali & Bharat Shah, "Best Production Design", "Best Choreography", "Best Costume Design" & "Best Female Playback Singer" won by Shreya Ghoshal. Film did very well and also recovered its total budget and made good amount of profit. It was the highest grossing Indian film of 2002.
