Hukumat is 1987 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Action Drama film. Hukumat is directed by Anil Sharma and produced by KC Sharma and the story is written by Anil Sharma. Its star cast are Dharmendra & Rati Agnihotri in the lead roles. Film was remade in Tamil as "Puthiya Vaanam", released in 1988. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made very huge amount of profit. It was the highest grossing Indian film of 1987.
