Insaniyat is 1955 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Drama film. Insaniyat is directed by S.S. Vasan and produced by S.S. Vasan and the story is written by Ramanand Sagar. Its star cast are Dilip Kumar, Dev Anand & Bina Rai in the lead roles. Movie was a remake of Telugu film "Palletoori Pilla", released in 1950. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made good amount of profit. It was the sixth highest grossing Indian film of 1955.
