Apna Desh is 1972 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Drama film. Apna Desh is directed by Jambu and produced by A.V. Subramaniam & T.M. Kittu and the story is written by Mullapudi Venkata Ramana & Inder Raj Anand. Its star cast are Rajesh Khanna & Mumtaz in the lead roles. Movie is a remake of Telugu film "Kathanayakudu", released in 1969. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made very good amount of profit. It was the seventh highest grossing Indian film of 1972.
