Disco Dancer is 1982 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Drama film. Disco Dancer is directed by Babbar Subhash and produced by Babbar Subhash and the story is written by Rahi Masoom Reza & Deepak Balraj Vij. Its star cast are Mithun Chakraborty & Kim Yashpal in the lead roles. Movie was remade in Telugu as "Disco King", released in 1984 and in Tamil as "Paadum Vaanampadi", released in 1985. Disco Dancer was the first Indian film to cross ₹100 Cr worldwide. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made very huge amount of profit. It was the fourteenth (14th) highest grossing Indian film of 1982.
