Laawaris is 1981 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Drama film. Laawaris is directed by Prakash Mehra and produced by Prakash Mehra and the story is written by Kader Khan, Shashi Bhushan, Prakash Mehra & Din Dayal Sharma. Its star cast are Amitabh Bachchan & Zeenat Aman in the lead roles. Movie was remade in Telugu as "Naa Desam", released in 1982 and in Tamil as "Panakkaran", released in 1990. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made huge amount of profit. It was the fourth highest grossing Indian film of 1981.
