Pardes is 1997 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Drama film. Pardes is directed by Subhash Ghai and produced by Subhash Ghai and the story is written by Neeraj Pathak & Javed Siddiqui. Its star cast are Shah Rukh Khan, Mahima Chaudhry, Apurva Agnihotri, Alok Nath & Amrish Puri in the lead roles. Movie marks the ating debut of both Mahima Chaudhry & Apurva Agnihotri. Movie was remade in Telugu as "Pelli Kanuka", released in 1998. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made huge amount of profit.
