Hathyar is 2002 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Action Crime Drama film. Hathyar is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and produced by Ganesh Jain & Ratan Jain and the story is written by Mahesh Manjrekar. Its star cast are Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty & Sharad Kapoor in the lead roles. Movie is a sequel to film "Vaastav", released in 1999.
