Hum Tum is 2004 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Comedy film. Hum Tum is directed by Kunal Kohli and produced by Aditya Chopra and the story is written by Kunal Kohli & Siddharth Anand. Its star cast are Saif Ali Khan & Rani Mukerji in the lead roles. Story of a film was inspired by American romantic comedy film "When Harry Met Sally", released in 1989.

Movie won one award in National Film Awards, which is "Best Actor: Saif Ali Khan". Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a very huge amount of profit. It was the seventh highest grossing Indian film of 2004.
