Murder is 2004 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Thriller Drama film. Murder is directed by Anurag Basu and produced by Mukesh Bhatt and the story is written by Anurag Basu & Subodh Chopra. Its star cast are Emraan Hashmi, Mallika Sherawat & Ashmit Patel in the lead roles. Movie is a remake of American thriller film "Unfaithful", released in 2002. Movie is the first installment of Murder film series / franchise. Second installment is "Murder 2", released in 2011 and the third installment is "Murder 3", released in 2013. Movie was remade in Kannada as "Ganda Hendathi", released in 2006. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a very huge amount of profit.
