Welcome is 2007 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Comedy film. Welcome is directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala and the story is written by Anees Bazmee, Rajeev Kaul & Praful Parekh. Its star cast are Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Mallika Sherawat, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor & Paresh Rawal in the lead roles. This movie is the first installment of Welcome film series / franchise. Second installment is "Welcome Back", released in 2015. Story of a film is an adaptation of English comedy film "Mickey Blue Eyes", released in 1999. Movie was clashed with Aamir Khan's "Taare Zameen Par". Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a good amount of profit. It was the second highest grossing Indian film of 2007.
