Kahaani is 2012 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Mystery Thriller film. Kahaani is directed by Sujoy Ghosh and produced by Sujoy Ghosh & Kaushal Kantilal Gada and the story is written by Sujoy Ghosh & Advaita Kala. Its star cast are Vidya Balan, Parambrata Chatterjee & Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead roles. Movie also has a sequel titled "Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh", released in 2016. Movie was remade in Telugu as "Anaamika", released in 2014 and in Tamil as "Nee Enge En Anbe", released in 2014. Movie marks the acting debut of Parambrata Chatterjee in Bollywood.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui won "Special Jury Award" in National Film Awards.
The official trailer (2 Minutes 15 Seconds) of the film was released on 14th January 2012 on T-Series official YouTube channel and trailer gained 244K views on YouTube since its release. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a very huge amount of profit.
