Aashiqui 2 is 2013 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Musical Drama film. Aashiqui 2 is directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Mukesh Bhatt & Mahesh Bhatt and the story is written by Shagufta Rafique. Its star cast are Aditya Roy Kapur & Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. Movie is the sequel to the film "Aashiqui", released in 1990. Movie was remade in Telugu as "Nee Jathaga Nenundali", released in 2014.
The official teaser (1 Minute 00 Seconds) of the film was released on 22nd March 2013 and the official trailer (2 Minutes 26 Seconds) of the film was released on 14th April 2013 on T-Series official YouTube channel. Teaser and trailer gained 1.1 Million & 9.6 Million views on YouTube since its release. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a very huge amount of profit. It was the ninth highest grossing Indian film of 2013.
