Beast is an action comedy thriller film directed by Tamil movie filmmaker and screenwriter Nelson.

Film Beast is Nelson's third film as a director, he made his directorial debut in the year 2018 with the Tamil film 'Kolamaavu Kokila'

This was the 65th film of the lead actor 'Vijay', due to which the tentative title of the film was first kept as 'Thalapathy 65', but later this title was changed to 'Beast'.

Most of the scenes of the film beast were shot in Delhi, Chennai, and Georgia. When the film was released, critics gave it mixed reviews. The audience liked the film, which proved to be a box-office success.

However, let us tell you that Beast clashed with the Kannada film "KGF Chapter 2" at the box office, which affected its collection.
