Pad Man is 2018 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Biographical Comedy Drama film. Pad Man is directed by R. Balki and jointly produced by Twinkle Khanna, SPE Films India, KriArj Entertainment, Cape of Good Films & Hope Productions and the story is written by R. Balki. Story of this film is inspired by the life of Arunachalam Muruganatham a social activist from Tamil Nadu who introduced low-cost Sanitary Pads. Story is based on the short story "The Sanitary Man of Sacred Land" from the novel "The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad" written by Twinkle Khanna & the novel was published on 07th November 2016. Its star cast are Akshay Kumar as Laxmikant chauhan whose character is based on Arunachalam Muruganatham, Radhika Apte & Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles.

The official trailer of the film (2 Minutes 21 Seconds) was released on 15th December 2017 on Sony Pictures India official YouTube channel and trailer gained 47 Million views on YouTube since its release. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made a very huge amount of profit. Film Pad Man won some Awards like Best Actor by Akshay Kumar, Best Director & Best Film. Film Pad Man was released in China on 14th December 2018 as "Indian Partner".
