Bahar is 1951 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Social Drama film. Bahar is directed by M.V. Raman and produced by A.V. Meiyappan and the story is written by M.V. Raman & Rajendra Krishan. Its star cast are Vyjayanthimala, Karan Dewan & Pandari Bai in the lead roles. Film marks the acting debut of Vyjayanthimala in Bollywood. Bahar was a remake of Tamil film "Vaazhkai", released in 1949. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made very good amount of profit. It was the sixth highest grossing Indian film of 1951.
