Khandaan is 1979 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Drama film. Khandaan is directed by Anil Ganguly and produced by Sibte Hassan Rizvi and the story is written by Omar Khayyam Saharanpuri & Nabendu Ghosh. Its star cast are Jeetendra, Sulakshana Pandit & Bindiya Goswami in the lead roles. Movie was remade in Telugu as "Jeevitha Ratnam", released in 1981. Film did very well at Indian box office and also recovered its total budget and made good amount of profit. It was the tenth highest grossing Indian film of 1979.
