Raincoat is 2004 Indian Bollywood (Hindi Language) Romantic Drama film. Raincoat is directed by Rituparno Ghosh and produced by Shrikant Mohta and the story is written by Rituparno Ghosh & Usha Ganguly. Its star cast are Ajay Devgn & Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles. Story of a film is an adaptation of 1905 short story "The Gift of the Magi" by O. Henry.

Movie won one award in National Film Awards which is "Best Feature Film in Hindi". Film did not performed well at Indian box office and even did not recovered its total budget.
